Faulty Items
- contact Aiyana customer service at info@aiyana.com.au within 7 days of receipt of product. please include a photo of the fault. We will assess the fault and email you the outcome within 48hrs. If we deem a product as faulty we will gladly refund you the product price minus the shipping fee or send you a replacement.
Change of mind:
Due to the delicate nature of our products please choose your items carefully as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind.
